The main emphasis of my violin-making master workshop is beside modern violin-making also copying and restoring as well as the valuation of fine Stringed instruments. 

If I work on a copie after an original masterpiece, the aim is neither a detailed true copie, nor a sound copie, but freedom is given to allow a personal and individual result in style and sound.
